Are these genuine OEM Webster & Bennett parts?
Yes — every part we supply is sourced directly from Webster & Bennett in the UK and manufactured to the original W&B engineering drawings. We do not sell imitation or non-OEM parts. When you order from us you are getting the same part that was used when the machine was built.
How do I identify which part I need?
The best way is to have your machine model, table diameter, and serial number ready. You can also describe the part — what it does, where it's located, and what's wrong with it. We've been working with these machines for decades and can often identify parts from a description alone. A photo helps too.
Where do I find the serial number on my Webster & Bennett?

The serial number plate is located on the left-hand side of the cross rail, recessed above the lower way surface. It's a small metal tag stamped or engraved with the machine serial number — look along the vertical face of the cross rail casting, just above where the rail sits on the column ways.

Also note your table diameter (usually stamped on the table face) — this helps us confirm the exact parts for your machine's configuration.

What Webster & Bennett models do you support?
We support machines made from the 1940s to the 1990s — all table diameters from 36" through 120".
Can you source discontinued or hard-to-find parts?
Often yes. We have access to the complete W&B parts catalog including parts that are no longer in regular production. Contact us with your part details and we'll tell you what's available and at what lead time.
How long does it take to get parts?
Lead times vary by part. Commonly requested items can often ship from the USA within 1 business day. Less common or special-order parts may take longer. Contact us with your specific part and we'll give you an accurate lead time estimate up front.
Why don't you list prices on the website?
We quote each order individually. Part pricing depends on the specific component, current availability, and quantity needed. Contact us with your part details and we'll provide a quote same business day. There are no hidden fees — the quoted price is what you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we serve customers across the Americas, including Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and beyond. We handle international shipping logistics and customs documentation.
Do you provide field service?
We coordinate field service through a vetted network of W&B technicians across the US. We don't send our own technicians, but we find the right person for your machine and location. See our Service Coordination page for details.
Do you sell Webster & Bennett machines?
We occasionally have machines available for sale and can help connect buyers and sellers. Contact us if you're looking for a specific machine or have one you'd like to sell. See our Machines page.
